Will Fisher
President and Founder
I've always dealt in air-comps. You know the way you explain your ideas with your arms out and drawing in open space? The conversation usually starts with, "You know what would be awesome!" and ends with, "Yeah and we could put it on the Internet!"
My life has been full of ideas, and I feel most alive when I'm free to express them freely. I recently learned that having a company made up of professionals who are also free to express ideas freely is the perfect environment for creativity.
This is what I've been looking for since they took the crayons from the classroom in 7th grade!
I'm a Carolina boy, through and through. I love the woods, my family and church music. I think our country would be better off if people worked harder, talked less and listened more. I shake hands with soldiers in public places because I'm grateful for them on a personal level.
I try to see everyone on a personal level and remember there are opinions in the room other than my own. I enjoy business and sales. I feel like my customers enjoy me as well - so I'll stick with it!
My latest credo is this: I BELIEVE IN THE PROLIFERATION OF OPPRORTUNITY TO MOTIVATED, CREATIVE and HONORABLE PEOPLE.
This is the one that'll take things to the top!

Janika Cross Q&A:
- What is your favorite word?
- Seriously?
- What is your least favorite word?
- Procrastination
- What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
- Being able to piece together an outfit, or paint a portrait with no blueprint or even put together a meal with left-overs. That is creativity at its best. I love fashion and everything that surrounds fashion. My Children always inspires me to be a better person, mother, sister and friend. Integrity means everything to me. Do what you say and mean it. There is nothing worse than someone who does not understand that reliability is a true way to determine a persons character.
- What turns you off?
- A person who lies and procrastinate will always turn me off. Life is too short to let time fly by. As Americans we need to utilize every moment of the day to get as much done as possible.

- *blank* yea! *blank* no! Raining like *blank*!
- What sound or noise do you love?
- Children laughing
- What sound or noise do you hate?
- Trains. Trains are like a fear I have. Just the sound of a train and its magnitude of strength is scary.
- What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
- Lawyers I have always loved the nature of lawyers work and what they do. I have lots of respect for honest lawyers. Not to mention they look great and are paid very pleasingly.
- What profession would you not like to do?
- I would hate to have to wake up every morning and not be an employee of Vibra Design.
- If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?
- My child you have had an extraordinary life and I am proud of your achievements. Now enjoy this everlasting life outside the flesh. Here is your entire family!
Blake Phillips
Lead Graphic Designer
"Using my ninja skills and my complete disregard for authority, I constantly break the rules for design while still creating pieces that meet the client's needs." - ME
I was born in Charleston, SC where I lived for about 2 years before moving to Charlotte, NC. I've lived here ever since, moving a few times but always staying within the same general area.
So how did I become a designer? I guess you could say my interest in the arts started in high school when online gaming became popular. I created and published artwork and add-ons based on whatever game I was playing. I mainly used Photoshop at that time and quickly became extremely proficient with the software.
As an enhancement to my software knowledge, I also found that I was naturally creative and used this ability to spark other people's imagination.
Since then I've expanded my knowledge into many different software programs, such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Dreamweaver
- Adobe InDesign
- Microsoft Office
- 3D Studio Max
- Cinema 4D
I am also proficient with multiple audio and video editors, such as:
- Adobe Premiere
- Fruity Loops XL
- Sony Sound Forge 9
- Sony Vegas Pro 8
I love what I do and I'll never stop -- It's who I am.
